A vehicle breakdown doesn’t always happen close to home or during regular shop hours. That is why Drive-In Auto Repair is proud to offer eligible customers access to the NAPA Roadside Assistance Program.
As your NAPA AUTOPRO in New Westminster, we can register qualifying vehicles for roadside assistance coverage that helps provide support when unexpected problems leave you stuck on the road.
The program provides six months of coverage, with roadside services available 24 hours a day across Canada and the United States, excluding Nunavut and Hawaii. Coverage begins five days, or 120 hours, after we complete your vehicle registration.
Roadside assistance can help with several common problems that can leave you stranded.
Coverage for qualifying vehicles can include:
The cost of the delivered fuel is not included. Additional charges may also apply for towing beyond 40 kilometres or when specialized towing equipment is required.
Your roadside assistance coverage is connected to the registered vehicle rather than one particular driver.
That means if an eligible family member or another driver is using your registered vehicle when a roadside problem happens, the vehicle can still qualify for assistance under the program.
This coverage can be useful whether you’re driving around New Westminster and Metro Vancouver or travelling farther from home.
If your vehicle cannot be safely driven, towing is available within a 40-kilometre radius.
When possible, your vehicle can be towed back to the NAPA service centre where it was registered. If that location is more than 40 kilometres away, your vehicle may be taken to the next closest authorized NAPA Warranty Centre or another appropriate licensed repair facility. Additional mileage charges can apply if you request towing beyond the covered distance.
The program is designed for licensed owners of qualifying passenger vehicles and light trucks who are regular customers of participating NAPA service centres.
There are exclusions for certain vehicles and uses, including commercial and fleet vehicles, heavy-duty vehicles, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, agricultural vehicles, race vehicles, and off-road vehicles.

They reattached the splash guard and changed a brake light. All while I waited less than an hour in the comfortable waiting room.
