They have been very friendly, forthcoming and honest regarding my situation. Their knowledge is exceptional and they walk you through every step of the way.
If you are looking for a place that will NOT take advantage of your situation financially, or simply need a place to start, you have the correct business.
I would entrust any and all of my future car issues with them as a part of what makes them a 5 star business, is their excellent communication.
Deciding to come to Drive-In Auto was undeniably the best decision I've made all year.
Honest people. Found and fixed our issues. I also like their texting/repair approval system.

I finally have found a honest shop to bring my vehicle to and I am elated because being a female, so many shops have been trying to rip me off and these guys are very honest. The receptionist (idk her name so I’m calling her that) is awesome and she understood my anxiety about dealing with a car and she was easy to talk to… I am very happy and they are my go to now :)

The plastic splash guard cover from underneath my engine was loose and hanging down. I stopped in here and was pleasantly surprised by their availability to fit me in.
They reattached the splash guard and changed a brake light. All while I waited less than an hour in the comfortable waiting room.
5 stars for convenience and the husband & wife team were very friendly. Good customer service is hard to find these days but not with Drive-In Auto Repair - NAPA Autopro on Royal Ave. in New Westminster. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
